Fresina's Italian Specialties offers Cooking Classes at its Baton Rouge retail location, led by owners, Chef Robert D’Agostino and Executive Chef Daniel Thompson. The small classes of eight participants make the classes a hands-on private party for the participants as they learn Italian cooking from experienced Chefs.
Mama Fresina, "the Italian Matriarch" shares the recipes of her magical dishes in easy-to-understand words and imagery. The new owners, Daniel and Robert, are experienced Chefs and have developed many unique recipes.
